women suffer from candida and some men also.
Once candida takes hold, it is a challenging
journey to control and eliminate candida, but
with discipline and determination it can be
done.
What is candida?
It is yeast gone wild
inside the body.
Excessive
yeast will weaken and exhaust the immune system,
predisposing the body to serious illnesses and
disease, such as leaky gut syndrome and cancer.
Candida changes normal yeast in the intestinal
tract, to a pathogenic fungus. The fungus creates
excessive toxicity that will affect the way every
organ, tissue, and cell functions. Systemic Candida
occurs when fungal Candida has spread throughout the
body.
What causes candida?
Diet: Sugar - High
Carb intake (breads).
Meat with Antibiotics.
Alcohol - Soda
Antibiotics.
Chemotherapy.
Steroids.
Prescribed Medication.
Birth Control Pills.
Hormonal Imbalance -
Menopause.
Diabetes.
Hypothyroid.
Stress.
Mercury Fillings.
Chloride and Fluoride.
Symptoms of candida:

Home Test for possible Candida:
In the morning, before you put
anything in your mouth, fill a clear glass with
room temperature water.
Work up some saliva, and spit it into the glass of
water.
Check the water every 15 minutes or so.
If you see
'strings' moving downwards into the water from the
saliva floating on the top, or cloudy, suspended
particle specks, or cloudy saliva that sinks to the
bottom of the glass, you may have a candida problem,
or other serious health problems.
Signs of a healthy body:
1) Daily bowel movements.
2) Urine should be
pale yellow to clear.
3) pH balance
is vital and should be 7.4 or above.
The body must be kept alkaline. Acid
diets (common American diet) promote illness as it is loaded with
sugar which creates and feeds disease.
4) No body odor.
Daily Exercise:
Oxygen
- Movement (aerobic exercise) of the body
everyday. Bacteria, as well as viruses, parasites
and malignant tumors, all thrive in a low oxygen
environment.
If
you don't change your diet, candida will not go
away. Diet is the main weapon
to fight candida.
Foods that Cannot be Eaten:
#1 Food to
Eliminate - SUGAR.
#2 Food to Eliminate -
GLUTEN.
Candy - Cake - Cookies - Bread.
Soda - Alcohol.
Fruit juice with high fructose corn syrup.
Caffeine.
High Sugar
Fruits:
Pomegranates, Plums, Oranges, Kiwis, Pineapples,
Pears, Tangerines, Cherries, Grapes, Mangos,
Figs, Bananas - Dried Fruit.
High Sugar Veggies:
Beets, Potatoes, Corn, Squash, Peas, Parsnips,
Cooked Carrots.
Sugar Substitutes: NutraSweet, Aspartame,
Saccharin.
Cooking Oils and Margarine.
Peanuts (moldy and toxic).
Cashews and Pistachios (moldy).
Dairy:
Milk has antibiotics and turns to mucous inside
the body.
Yogurt with added sugar and fruits.
Cheese (see milk - also prone to mold).
Meat containing Antibiotics - Beef, Pork,
Chicken.
No Shellfish or Farm Raised Fish.
No Mushrooms.

Eaten:

Raspberries, Blackberries, Strawberries,
Blueberries, Papaya, Pears, Apricot, Plums, Kiwi.
Veggies (all except those listed above).
Sprouted Beans.
Nuts: Walnuts, Brazil Nuts, Sunflower Seeds.
Seaweed - Wild Alaskan Salmon or Cod.
Hemp Hearts (packed with protein).
Herbs.
Herbal Teas.
Free Range Lean Beef, no antibiotics.
Boiled or poached eggs - free range, no
antibiotics.
Garlic - very potent anti-fungal killer.
Apple Cider Vinegar - kills yeast.
Unrefined Coconut Oil.
Virgin Olive Oil.
Oil of Oregano.
Probiotics (found in Kefir
and Plain Greek Yogurt).
Mineral
and vitamin deficiencies:
Remove these deficiencies - Biotin, B6,
Magnesium, Copper - commonly found in candida
bodies, by including the following foods in your
anti-candida diet.
Biotin:
Chard, Tomatoes, Romaine Lettuce, Raw Carrots,
Onions, Cabbage, Cauliflower, Cucumber, Raspberries,

B6:
