Fast Delivery:
USA - 1-5 business days mainland USA - West to East coast.
Canada - 7-10 business days from HTE head office, Los Angeles.

Signature Required Option:
HTE USA and FedEx will not take responsibility for stolen packages. Unless someone is home to receive package delivery, it is recommended customer choose the 'Signature Required' option offered on the Order Form (mainland USA only).

No Shipping Cost Refunds:
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs after the order is placed and shipped out. There are no shipping cost refunds.

- The SOQI Bed is delivered by FedEx Freight who will contact customer within 2-4 days of purchase to arrange delivery date and time.

- Customer must be present for scheduled curbside delivery, or FedEx Freight will charge storage fees.

All orders are shipped via FedEx or FedEx Freight (SOQI Bed), from HTE head office just outside Los Angeles, to customers in all 50 states.


1) Delivery time is 1 to 5 days - mainland USA (normal weather conditions).

5 Days to East Coast States:
ME, VT, NH, MA, CT, RI, NY, WV.

4-5 Days to Midwest States:
MI, OH, IN, IL, WI, MN, IA, MO, AR, NE, KS, ND, SD, LA, TN, GA, AL, MS, NJ, PA, MD, VA, KY, NC, SC, FL, SW TX.

3-4 Days to Western States:
WA, OR, MT, ID, WY, NV, AZ, CO, NM, OK, TX.

2-3 Days:
Northern CA, Northern NV, Eastern Idaho, UT, AZ.

1-2 Days:
Southern CA and Southern NV.


3) Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada, is USPS Ground/Standard - delivery is 7-14 business days depending on location.
