telephone the appropriate number below, and ask
for an Repair Authorization #.
2) It is helpful to
include the original invoice number of your
machine. If you no longer have the invoice number,
telephone the head office you ordered it from and
give them the approximate date you bought the

appropriate address for repair / return.
You must write the repair
authorization # on the outside of the
box. If you do not, there may be delays
and a possible return of the package.
4) If machine is under
warranty the repair is free of charge. Customer
pays for shipping to repair center. HTE will pay

SOQI BED RETURN:
All returned items for a SOQI Bed
Set should be packed in the original, unmarked
packaging including any accessories, manuals,
documentation and registration that belong to
the SOQI BED product. Please inspect and count
each piece to the SOQI Bed when you receive your
merchandise and keep all original packaging for
return or exchange.
Additionally, HTE will assess a 30%
restocking fee on any SOQI Bed return. Also,
please be advised that the shipping and handling
