Return and Repair Instructions
HTE SOQI Machines.
NOTE:
- As of May 21st, 2025, HTE has closed down.
- Due to excessive tariffs, importation is no longer viable.
- Warranties will be honored, and repairs will continue.

Repair Center
Instructions June 2025 - June 2026.
Print out the pdf to include it with returned machine.

Please include:
- Name of product
- Machine Serial Number
- A description of the problem

You will receive:
- A Repair Number (RP number), which MUST be written on outside of package.
- Instructions how to return machine.
- The mailing address.

All returns:

- HTE does not provide pre-paid shipping labels.
- Return shipping after repair, is customers responsibility, and must be paid in advance.
- Repairs are for USA and Canadian customers only.
- Repair quotations must be paid within 30 days of quote.
- Repair of machine for repair, is free if under warranty.
- All accessories must be returned with the machine.

Product repair service is now Taiwan:
HTE International head office in Taiwan took over warranty and repairs, as of 1st February 2018.

Before you send in any product for repair, you must email Taiwan to obtain a Repair Authorization Number and to confirm the repair center address.

1) For product that is under warranty, no repair fee is applied.
 
2) Customers need to pay the freight for shipping the products to the repair center.

3) Ask if HTE covers the freight for returning the repaired product back to customer if under warranty.

4) For product that is out of warranty, a repair quote will be offered by the HTE Taiwan. Customers need to cover all the shipping fees.

5) Once the quote is confirmed and the payment is received, HTE in Taiwan will contact the repair center to go ahead with the repair.

6) Ask Taiwan about contact info for repair in UK or Europe.
